Singapore Declaration on Climate Change, Energy and the Environment (3rd EAS Summit, 2007)
Heads of Government of ASEAN, Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea and New Zealand, on the occasion of the Third East Asia Summit (EAS) make a number of declarations on climate change, energy and environment.

- Selected Commitments:
- Among others, heads of government declared they would: Commit to the common goal of stabilising atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations in the long run, at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system; Carry out individual and collective actions, in a broad range of sectors, to address climate change, including greenhouse gas emissions, considering the principles of equity, flexibility, effectiveness, and common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, as well as reflecting our different social and economic conditions; Address the environmental challenges posed by rapidly growing urbanisation in the region; Task relevant Ministers to follow up and act on our discussions on this Declaration.
