Ministerial Statement on ASEAN-ROK Special Ministerial Meeting on Forestry 2014

In the Statement, Ministers responsible for Forestry and Forest-related activities from the ASEAN Member States and the Republic of Korea (ROK) note the on-going dialogue for the establishment of ASEAN-ROK Forest Cooperation (AFoCo) among the ASEAN Member States, ROK and other prospective countries.

Selected Commitments:: Ministers shall endeavor to (among others) enhance collaboration and undertake concrete actions between ASEAN and ROK through action-oriented field activities to effectively address the present and emerging forestry and forest-related issues in the region.
