WORKSHOP ON THE DENR WEBSITE

MECHANICS OF THE WORKSHOP

After the opening remarks, Engr. Dexter Grageda and/or Ms. Klarisse Camacho (Website and IT consultants) will assist USEC Leones in presenting the provisional DENR website to the participants. The order of presentation will be: International agreements, regional, subregional and bilateral.

Afterwards, the participants will be divided into breakout groups. Each group will do the following:

a.     Review portions of the website where the concerned bureau(s) is the focal point of the international environmental agreement.

b.     Provide missing data or info such as focal points, updates, etc.

c.     Make corrections in the info in the website such as names, contact nos. offices, commitments, updates, etc.

d.     Review the photos in the concerned international environment agreements and provide additional photos of Philippine activities in support of the concerned agreements.

e.     Provide comments/suggestions to further enhance the website.

f.      Present major comments/suggestions of the breakout group during the plenary session.

The participants from the ISD (MIS), SCIS, FASPO, PPD and HRD will serve as resource persons and distribute themselves among the breakout groups. The ISD (MIS) group and the Website/IT consultants will go to each breakout group to assist in IT matters.

During the plenary session, each breakout group will present major comments (good points and not so good points) and suggestions on its respective international environmental agreements.
