The Philippines belongs to two main regional groups: the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum (APEC).

This section contains information on ASEAN environmental agreements and environment-related ASEAN working groups, and selected networks and expert groups. It also lists environmental declarations and statements made during ASEAN meetings, with selected information from each.

APEC environmental working groups, selected expert groups and task forces plus some environment-related excerpts and statements are also included.

Last is an East and Southeast Asian group: the Coordinating Committee for Geoscience Programmes in East and Southeast Asia (CCOP).
